(Semarang, 1/4). Strengthening the pillars of primary health services, especially in the era of decentralization after the COVID-19 pandemic, is part of the 6 main pillars in health transformation. Strengthening primary health services is urgently needed to provide primary health services according to regional needs. Based on this reason, updating information related to the transformation of primary health services is especially needed for students and teaching staff at the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Diponegoro through an educational seminar entitled “Strengthening Primary Health Services in the Post-Covid-19 Decentralization Era”.

The online seminar was organized by the Health Policy and Administration, Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Diponegoro on Saturday, April 1, 2023 via Zoom meeting and broadcasted live via FKM UNDIP official YouTube with expert speaker, namely Dr. dr. Anung Sugihantono, M. Kes, the Chief Expert of the Health Development Policy Agency, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2022-2023.

The event which was attended by around 105 participants from Faculty of Public Health UNDIP and also other institutions such as District Health Office, Public Health Center, and alumni, was started by the opening speech of the Dean of the Faculty of Public Health, Dr. Budiyono, SKM, M.Kes and continued with presentations and discussions by the speaker regarding Strengthening Primary Health Services in the Post-Covid-19 Pandemic Decentralization Era.

At the initial, Dr. Anung conveyed the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the national health system in Indonesia. So that it is necessary to recover various aspects of health in Indonesia, one of which is strengthening primary health services include of multi-sector cooperation, community participation, and the application of technology. In addition, efforts are made through the concept of integrated services. The implementation phase consisted of system strengthening, human resources, disease program management, program financing, information engineering, and evaluation monitoring.

After the presentation session, followed by discussion session with the participants, then closed by the Moderator and Head of the AKK Section, Dr. Septo Pawelas Arso, SKM, MARS by giving certificates to speaker and moderators.
