GUIDELINE FOR FILL STUDY PLAN FOR UNDERGRADUATE (S1) PUBLIC HEALTH STUDENTS, FACULTY OF PUBLIC HEALTH, DIPONEGORO UNIVERSITY,

EVEN SEMESTER 2025/2026

• Semesters 2 & 4 students use the 2024 curriculum, semesters 6 and above use the 2020 curriculum. The IRS should be filled out in accordance with the courses (MK) offered as listed for each semester. The number of students in each class is adjusted to the available classroom capacity.
• For course selection in semesters 2 and 4, students must remain in the same class group (A, B, C, D, or E). This is to make it easier in case of class rescheduling, so students do not face many issues due to timetable clashes in SIAP.
• For the selection of general courses in semester 6, ENTREPRENEURSHIP Course, class groupings (A-E) will be determined by the Program based on specialization.
• For semester 8 students who are filling out the IRS for thesis, it is allowed to add courses that have not yet been taken or not yet passed.
• Students are required to have consultation sessions with Academic Advisor

GRADE IMPROVEMENT COURSE

• Grade improvement for courses can be done by filling out the IRS, as long as the class quota is still available and the schedule does not conflict.
• For students in semester 6 and above, to improve grades for courses from semesters 2 & 4, it is necessary to report to the study program, as the curriculum is different and the courses may not be offered or may not be the same.
• Courses are primarily opened for new participants, taking into account the available class quota. Grade improvement students will be prioritized if their grade is below B.
• Students seeking grade improvement are required to attend classes according to the regulations.
